
Samsung is busy expanding the One UI 7 beta program and preparing for the stable release. At the same time, the company is pushing the March 2025 security patch update to Galaxy devices to bring the latest fixes against dozens of vulnerabilities.
The March 2025 security patch for Galaxy devices includes fixes for 58 security flaws found in the previous software version. Of them, 11 are marked “critical” and 40 are “high” priority fixes. Besides fixes from Google, the latest security patch includes several fixes from Samsung related to Bluetooth Auracast, Galaxy Watch Gallery, MAC address, and improper access control.

These Galaxy devices have started receiving the March 2025 security patch update. Since the update isn’t rolled out in one go, it may take a few days to reach all the regions.
If you haven’t received a notification for the same, manually check for updates by going to Settings > Software update and tapping the Download and install option.
Stable One UI 7 rollout is on the way
Samsung is also gearing up for the stable One UI 7 rollout. It will go live from April 7 in many regions (see the region-wise rollout timeline here). The Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be the first phones to receive the update, and then it will expand to more devices in the following weeks.
