Samsung has officially started rolling out the stable One UI 7 (Android 15) update to the Galaxy Tab S10 and Galaxy Tab S9 series in Europe. The update comes shortly after the initial rollout began in South Korea, and now it’s reaching more users across the globe, starting with Europe.
Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S9 series get One UI 7 in Europe
Earlier this month, Samsung updated the Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, and Fold SE with One UI 7. This week, the second batch of devices, including the Galaxy Tab S10 and Tab S9 series, began receiving the big Android 15 update.
In Europe, the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra are picking up the update (via) with firmware version BYD7, while the Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra are getting version CYD9. Both updates weigh around 5GB and include the April 2025 security patch.

If you own a Galaxy Tab S10 or Tab S9 series device in Europe, you can check for the new update by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

One UI 7 brings a refreshed interface, better multitasking features, smarter app behavior, and more seamless Galaxy AI integration. The update also includes several under-the-hood improvements that enhance system performance, battery life, and overall stability.
With this rollout, Samsung is making a big push to enhance the user experience on its flagship tablets. The large display real estate of the Tab S10 and S9 series especially benefits from One UI 7’s productivity-focused changes, such as improved split-screen handling and faster switching between apps.
Samsung usually follows a staggered rollout strategy, and with Europe now joining Korea, users in other regions like the US, India, and the Middle East can expect the update to go live very soon. The company is expected to expand the One UI 7 rollout to more eligible tablets and phones over the coming weeks.
