
Earlier this month, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 became a part of the One UI 7 Beta Program with the first One UI 7.0 beta release. A week later, the Galaxy foldables are now receiving their second One UI 7.0 beta update with many bug fixes and improvements.
The One UI 7 beta 2 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 has been spotted in India and Korea. It will likely expand to other eligible regions (the US and the UK) anytime now. The update has a download size of around 700MB.
The second beta update for the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6 comes with following firmware version:
India:
- Galaxy Z Flip 6 – F741BXXU2ZYC8
- Galaxy Z Fold 6 – F956BXXU2ZYC7
Korea:
- Galaxy Z Flip 6 – F741NKSU2ZYC8
- Galaxy Z Fold 6 – F956NKSU2ZYC7
The new beta update resolves battery widget image overlapping, Home Screen animation problem, refresh rate issues during gaming, and calendar widget resizing issue. Samsung has also fixed the issue with camera quick control button positioning, media icon errors in the status bar, and battery display problem on the cover display. The update includes several improvements as well.

Fix screen bumping phenomenon during Home operation.
Fix the guide screen playback error during the gaming.
Fix the issue where the calendar widget resize didn't work.
Fix the camera quick control button left bias.
Fix the media icon behavior error on the status bar.
Fix the battery display behavior error on the cover display.
Fix the app does not run on the cover.
Fix issues that stopped NFC tags from getting recognized when the phone is folded.

If your Galaxy Z Fold 6 or Flip 6 is already a part of the One UI 7.0 Beta Program, install the second beta update by navigating to Settings > Software update and tapping the Download and install option.
Samsung has already confirmed that the Galaxy Z fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 will get the stable One UI 7 update in April. However, before that, the brand might release a few more One UI 7.0 beta builds to offer a near bug-free experience. Stick with us for the latest updates.
