Samsung has officially started rolling out the stable One UI 7 (Android 15) update to the Galaxy S24 series in India. Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra users can now enjoy the latest version of Samsung’s custom Android skin with new features and enhancements.
One UI 7 (Android 15) rolling out to Galaxy S24 users in India
The stable One UI 7 update is now available for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra in India. The update comes with firmware version S92xBXXU4BYD9 and weighs around 5GB for those upgrading from One UI 6.1. If you were already using the One UI 7 beta, the download size will be significantly smaller—approximately 400MB to 500MB.
Along with Android 15 and One UI 7 features, this update also includes the April 2025 security patch, which brings important security improvements to the devices. Samsung has committed to offering seven years of OS and security updates for the Galaxy S24 series. This Android 15 update marks the first of those promised updates, meaning six more major Android updates are still to come. This long-term support ensures that the Galaxy S24 lineup will remain up-to-date for years to come.
